Sand Bay Homes a housing rental business that rents timeshare like properties on Michigans beautiful Beaver Island. "Beginning in 1984 the first house, the Beach House, was acquired. A dream come true. 1998 brought the Guest House, the house next door. We’ve often said the only drawback is that it is next to the Beach House. Our 23rd year brought the addition of Sand Castle, a wonderful log home on one of the most beautiful lots on Beaver Island."
